The Timmons coupon books for 2021 have been delayed due to a COVID outbreak in the printing facility. The company responsible for creating and mailing the coupon books are behind ten (10) days in processing. There was a huge communication delay regarding this matter as it occurred over the holidays. In the mailing containing the coupon book there is also a letter addressing Timmons switching banks for processing HOA fees. That same letter was posted to the community website on 12/14 and has all the current information. Please take some time and read that post as this change will definitely impact some homeowners. Our apologies for the communication delay. We were not made aware of this until the last couple of days.
Please wait until this information is received before making your payment. If you are on ACH for Timmons Properties this does not affect your payment. In addition, Union Bank, their former bank, shut down their lockbox effective yesterday. If you receive an email that your association is blocked, just wait for the coupon book and information before sending another payment.
Those who don’t use the ACH service via Timmons (I.e., mailing in a check or utilizing your own bank drafts) you will likely get returned mail and/or payments. If possible, please wait until the new coupon book information is received before making your payment. Disregard notices about late fees and delinquency notices as Timmons will take care of those as the coupon books were delayed. However, if you were setup in Caliber to do ACH you will not experience any payment impacts.
