This post is to notify the homeowners of Bent Creek Homeowner’s Association that the monthly association dues will be increased effective January 1, 2021.
The dues will increase by $5.00. Your monthly dues will increase from $65.00 to $70.00 per month for most of the residents. However, if you live on Dobson Branch Court or Dobson Branch Trail your dues will increase from $105.00 to $110.00.
Each homeowner will be receiving a written notice, as well as, an electronic copy of that notice to the mailing address and email address on file with Timmons.
You will receive a new coupon book for your 2021 payments in mid-December. Please make your checks payable to Bent Creek HOA and reference your account number on your check to ensure your payment is credited properly. Each month, dues are due on the first day of the month.
If you pay your dues via automatic draft setup with Timmons, the increased amount will automatically be deducted from your bank account. If you utilize another online payment system — such as your bank — please make sure you make the necessary changes to the scheduled payments.
