As many of you may have found in your mailboxes this past weekend, the HOA has set some preferred communication channels. The majority of communications from the HOA will be handled via emails and website posts. If you have not registered on the community website we encourage you to do so. There will be certain things that we are required to mail, so make sure Timmons has the correct preferred mailing address.
Lastly, registering for Caliber, which is the Timmons portal, is highly recommended. There you can set communication preferences, update any information regarding your Bent Creek property, submit ARC requests, and address your financial responsibilities to the HOA. Register for Caliber by contacting Jeff Uselton at Timmons and visiting caliber.bentcreekhoa.org.
