OUR STORY

About Bent Creek

A place to breathe.

The beautiful Bent Creek community offers the benefits of new Williamson County schools, convenient Cool Springs shopping, easy access to I-65 and I-24, plus the charm and tranquility of a rural lifestyle. Bent Creek has an impressive array of community amenities, including the community swimming pool, pool cabana, running creeks, flower meadows, pocket parks, miles of walking trails and quiet places to extend your boundaries far beyond your own back yard, connecting you with the natural wonders of all 343 acres.

Historic Nolensville, situated in the lush green hills of Williamson County along scenic Mill Creek. It is a great place to raise a family and connect to a community where rural meets suburban, rustic meets quaint and old meets new. We experience small town life in close proximity to the cultural and entertainment opportunities of Metropolitan Nashville.

Nolensville is in the process of preserving and enhancing the past while embracing the future with all those who call Nolensville home. As an example of commitment to our town identity, our citizens serve as Town Events volunteers to provide a community-wide July 4th Celebration and Veteran’s Day parade/breakfast to honor our country and those who have served it well. Our citizens serve on a Design Review Committee to ensure that new commercial buildings follow the architectural design standards of the town, protecting property values and sense of place.

In addition to Nolensville Elementary, Sunset Elementary and Sunset Middle schools, Williamson County Schools opened a new campus housing Mill Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Middle School and Nolensville High School, which opened in the Fall of 2016. We have an outstanding recreation program that offers football, soccer, baseball, basketball and softball teams for kids of all ages. The newly renovated Williamson County Recreation Center at Nolensville serves all of our citizens.

Nolensville has festivals, fish fries and pancake breakfasts that bring us together amongst our thriving organizations, businesses and churches. Town Hall staff works hard to provide professional services. The educational and enforcement roles that come with government are encouraged to be executed in practical and fair terms. In addition to the service opportunities mentioned above, there is the Planning CommissionHistoric Zoning CommissionBoard of Zoning Appeals, Construction Board of Appeals, Storm Water Board of Appeals, Economic Development Committee, and Budget Committee that in addition to the Town Events CommitteeDesign Review Committee and Trees and Trails Committee serve under the elected Board of Mayor and Aldermen.

Whether you live, visit or pass through … welcome to Bent Creek and Nolensville.

Living, made simple.
