During the off season we did some research and discovered that currently there are 1,188 pool fobs active in the system. Bent Creek only has 809 homeowners. So that means we have 379 pool fobs that need to be accounted for. We realize that there are many homes in Bent Creek that have more than one key fob and feel comfortable that correctly allocating those fobs will help us in our efforts tracking key fobs in the future. However, we also know that many could be held by previous homeowners or lost.
In an effort to regain control over the pool fobs the board has agreed to disable ALL key fobs and requests that each homeowner come to the pool to re-register for access. Because we are having every home re-register, we will also leverage this effort to ensure that we re-capture homeowner signature acknowledging agreement to the Pool Rules.
