Pool Reservation System Issues

As you know Bent Creek HOA and Greater Nashville Pools partnered with a third party company, Omnify, to manage our pool reservations this summer. Sunday, the Bent Creek HOA board decided to raise the reservation limit to 75 in order to give more residents an opportunity to enjoy our pool. Unfortunately, there was a glitch within Omnify which led to all previous reservations being deleted from their system. While these reservations still show up on your profile, they DO NOT show up on the lifeguard’s list. We have attempted to work with Omnify to fix this glitch, but they cannot resolve the technical issue.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY-

We ask that you delete ALL reservations made BEFORE Sunday, July 5 and rebook those dates. If you made pool reservations ON or AFTER Sunday, July 5 your reservations will still be valid. We apologize for this situation and inconvenience. We will still increase the number of residents at each session to 75, so you should have no trouble getting your reservations rebooked. If you have reservations for today, July 7 you may show the guards the confirmation on your phone. This will give everyone a chance to read this email and rebook. After today, you will need to have a current reservation and be on the lifeguard’s list. Please remember that you must delete reservations for your entire party before you can rebook for the same day.
